Bulk email to your user groups
Bulk email program that allows you to choose a group of contacts to receive the email. Administrators can send bulk email to all users belonging to a particular User Role. Simply select the User Role, enter the subject and content of your message then click the 'Send Email' hyperlink.  
 
Track your visitors and their viewing trends
Our Site log includes a number of reports on you site statistics including hits, page views, browser information and more. Reports include: Detailed site log, Page popularity, Page views by day, Page views by day of week, Page views by hour, Page views by month, User frequency, User registration by country, User registration by date.  
 
Layout and Menu Design
The layout and design of your web site is personalized to suit your corporate branding. Our designers can work with you to create the look and feel you desire, or can work with your design team to incorporate your graphics, animations and more. The Menu structure of your site can be multi-level and can be re-arranged with only a few clicks. The colors, design and layout of your menu are also customized to your needs.  
 
Content Modules
Common types of content are maintained using tailored content modules. Each Content Module allows your permitted staff to quickly add, delete and update the information you change regularly on your site such as announcements, FAQ’s or staff contacts. Content such as Events can be set to expire by a date or can be repeated monthly, annual, etc.  
 
Roles Based Security for Page Viewing
Security Role authorization can be set for each web page simply by ticking a check box for each role that can view the page. In addition, each content module can have an override setting, allowing a page that is available to All Users to display a particular module to only a particular security group.  
 
Vendor Revenue Programs (Service Directory / Banner Advertising)
All portals include two built-in revenue models from vendors maintained on the portal.

 

• The Service Directory allows users to search a list of vendors by keywords or categories and return a summary of results. You can click vendor results on to view a detailed vendor listing with a click through to Vendors web site/ portal page as required.
• Vendors can choose to accept feedback from visitors and permit visitors to read feedback from other visitors. E.g.: a restaurant Service Directory with 'Show Feedback' selected would allow visitors to add reviews and read other visitor reviews.
• Vendor banners are randomly selected and displayed on your site in the "Vendor Banner" module and at the top of your site; Determine whether the banner should show an unlimited number of times in a given time period, or if the banner should only show a limited number of times.
• Once you have set up some banners for your vendors, you can then provide them with detailed reports of how many times their banner was viewed and how many times it was clicked on! This is valuable information for the vendor and you.  
• The Business portal and e-commerce portals have numerous other modules that can leverage other potential revenue models available out of the box or we can build bespoke solutions to match your business needs.

Security Roles
Your site administrator has full control over who can access each area of your site. One site can feature multiple password-protected areas allowing different groups of users to access different areas of your site once they have logged in.

• Security management is through the creation of Security Roles. Once one creates a security role then, you can allow more web site users to come under that security role. This permits these users to view or edit any web pages, or content selected as belonging to that role.
• You may apply specific fees to each Security Role, with credit card integration and online payment if required.
• Expiry dates can also apply to a user's access to a Security Role, or access can be unauthorized. Note: One user can belong to multiple Security Roles.  

Site Settings
Your site Administrator can update the following site settings at the click of a button: title of site, search engine description and key words, user welcome messages, Vendor banner advertising, and more!  
 
Site Skins
Change the skin in moments without the need to reorganize your content. The Skin changes both the banner and footer images on your site, as well as the colors used throughout the site. Alternately, you can design your own skin, or let us design a unique skin for you.  
 
Google Search Engine Submission
Add Meta keywords and description to your site. Includes a single click Google Search Engine submission feature.   We can also submit your site on a monthly basis to over 1,000 Search engines which would improve your search engine rankings and ensure that it stays up.
 
Recycle Bin
A recycle bin is included allowing you to restore any content modules or Tabs (web pages) deleted accidentally. Simply click on the Tab or Module to restore and click the Restore button. The content or Tab then instantly reappears where it was deleted from.  
 
Content Modules
Managing common types of content is simple with our intuitive Content Modules. The design work has already been done for you! Content Modules include online news, coming events, discussion forums, feedback form, employee contact information and more.  
 
Style sheet driven
We deliver your web site with a built in style sheet configured to your specifications. The Portal Automatically applies style elements such as font type, color, bullet points and background colors to any new content added to your portal. This ensures and maintains a uniformed look and feel across the portal, hence giving a professional look and feel. You can override Style attributes for font color, background color and border size, on any content module without altering the global style properties. Alternately, you can modify one or all global style sheet elements.  
 
File Management
Upload files and images directly from your computer to your website. Once you have loaded a file, it is instantly available in your file list on all modules that handle files. An image gallery with previewing of all images is also available in the HTML Module. Simply drag and drop to select an image.
